Courage
in a “Toxic” Culture
Executive Symposium Key Facilitator:
Doreen
Harvey
Christian women leaders are not
exempt from the challenges of
difficult relationships and toxic
environments in the workplace.
This Executive Symposium will
equip you with an arsenal of tools
to deal effectively with the negative
and confusing relationships one
occasionally encounters with staff,
organizations, boards, and leadership.
We
will endeavour to deal with the
hard questions, the shock talk
and the fierce conversations that
we need to engage in if we are
to maintain our personal dignity,
passion and sense of calling in
the midst of tension and uncertainty.
This interactive session will
also provide insight into identifying
and preventing these toxic situations
and relationships from occurring.
Take
away practical tools and principles
of personal leadership to help
you find the courage to stand
strong through these often dark
and lonely times.
You
will receive…
> ways
to identify a toxic environment
> the
framework and tools to do a problem
assessment
> insightful
ways to engage in Fierce Conversations
> guiding
principles of personal leadership
> interactive
discussions with peers
In addition we
will feature a special guest interview
with Q & A
This session includes full day
session, special guest, lunch,

She has ministered throughout Canada, the USA and Africa with refreshing gifts of encouragement to audiences of all ages and stages -- in word, song, and wordless songs! Our Leading Women Conference will be the event where Debbie launches her new Instrumental CD The Beautiful Piano with D2/Fontana North/UNIVERSAL Records in Canada. Even with five CDs, 14 Music Awards Nominations, and three Awards, she has contributed more to the world than just music. Seven years ago, she 'adopted' and helped to transform an impoverished AIDS-stricken village in Uganda with Canadian Food for the Hungry International www.cfhi.ca , donated proceeds to entire concerts to Tsunami victims and various humanitarian causes. After Hurricane Katrina, she headed south to help with clean-up, and give thousands of dollars worth of CDs away. With over 96+ touring dates in 2007 and more in 2008, Debbie is hitting he road again with an inspiring musical message of Love, Hope and Beauty through her music! www.DebbieFortnum.com www.MySpace.com/DebbieFortnum |

| Summit Session Muscian
– Christie Latta |
 |
 |
|
Christie loves to worship God! One of her passions is leading people into the presence of Jesus through worship and prayer. Her heart desires that others would long to know the presence, the power and the love of God in deeper, and more personal ways. Christie is a busy homeschooling Mom to 3 active kids, and is married to her best friend, John. They are members of a local church where Christie leads worship and is part of an active prayer ministry there.
Christie’s
prayer
is
that
her
singing
will
draw
you
closer
to
Jesus….the
Only
One
worthy
of
a
